A little safety shout out,
Whenever you are in the water, never hold the little rope that connects your leash to the board.
A surfer the other day was doing this and as a wave came it spun the board around and the rope cut the top of his finger clean off.
You can pull on your leash to bring the board close to you but always take hold of the board not the end of the leash.
